How To Find Workers' Compensation Laws

The Nevada State Legislature Web Site at http://www.leg.state.nv.us/ has the complete text of most sources of Nevada Law.

The Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) are the laws passed by the Nevada Legislature and signed by the Governor. They are updated after each legislative session.

The Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) contains the regulations drafted by state agencies.

The statutes are the framework of Nevada law and the Administrative Code fills in the details needed by agencies who enforce the law or have regulatory powers. Updates to the codes can be found at the Legislature Web Site in the Register
